Located at the Mayfair on Jasper Ave., La Carraia brings the authentic taste of Florentine gelato to Edmonton! Our team collaborated extensively with the speciality gelato equipment supplier from Italy to ensure the specifications are tailored to Canadian standards. Mechanical work included the design of HVAC system, sanitary and water. As the building construction is concrete, plumbing services to the CRU required an extensive review of the mechanical system of the building. Jetek’s electrical team worked diligently to ensure the existing power service is sufficient for the heavy load requirement of the gelato equipment.
